Frequently asked questions

What are the arrival times?

Arrivals are between 5pm and 7pm. Reception is closed before 5pm and after 8pm.

Are there washing/toilet facilities in the cabins?

Yes, each cabin has a bathroom with a shower, sink and WC.

Do you provide towels?

Sheets are provided all year round (except the Encantada, the Palanca and the Pichona: option at 11€/bed).

Towels are provided year round except July and August (except Encantada, Palanca and Pichona where towels are optional year round).

For the summer season, we offer an option for the rental of towels (2€/person) and sheets (11€/bed). Also think about bath towels for the swimming pool.

Do we need a health pass to come?

Yes, a health pass (two vaccines or PCR/antigen tests within the last 48h) will be requested on arrival.

What time do we have to vacate the cabin?

You must have vacated the cabin before 11 a.m. off season and before 10:30 a.m. in July and August. However, you can enjoy the area until 12 noon.

Do the cabins have a kitchen?

Yes, all of our cabins have an equipped kitchen (microwave, hot plate, fridge and crockery).

Do we have to pay a deposit?

Yes, you will be asked for a deposit of €300 for the cabins and €1,000 for the gîte on arrival. Payable by cheque or cash only.

Can we bring pets?

Sorry, animals are not allowed on the estate!

Is there a WiFi connection?

The cabins are not equipped with WiFi. It’s a great opportunity to disconnect, enjoy a moment untouched by time and escape your daily lives. If you really need an internet connection, this is still possible in our reception building.

Is there electricity, water and heating in the cabins?

Yes, all of our cabins are connected to water and electricity, insulated and have heating.

Do we need to pre-order meal hampers and other options?

Yes, the day before arrival at the latest.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

The site is accessible when it rains, but in the event of extreme weather conditions we ask that you contact us to find out the weather situation on site. Please note that bad weather is not, however, a reason for cancellation (except in extreme weather).
